  1. How do I place an order?
    Choose the style that suits you on our website,  www.wearamu.com. Select the quantity and click “buy it now” or “add to cart” if you would like to browse more. Go to the checkout cart when you’re ready to pay for your order.
  1. What are your payment methods?
    We accept payments via credit card, online bank transfer (BPI & BDO), GCash and PayPal. Your payment will be easily processed via PayMongo.

    You may message us through our IG account @wear.AMU or email us at wear.amu@gmail.com for PayPal payments.

    Note: With the limited number of pieces we release per style, your reserved item will only be confirmed once payment has been accomplished.
   3. How long will my order take?
  • Within Metro Manila: 2-3 working days upon payment
  • Outside Metro Manila: 1-2 weeks upon payment
  • International Shipping: 1-3 weeks upon payment
    1. How do I track my order?
      We use Lalamove for deliveries within Metro Manila and GogoXpress or LBC for provincial areas. We will be messaging you the tracking details once the delivery has been booked.
    1. What is the sizing of your products?
      Our styles are of FREE SIZE. The flowy kimonos can fit sizes XSmall to 5XL, and the kimono jackets can fit Small to Large.
    1. Do you ship outside the Philippines?
      Yes! We ship internationally via DHL. As of the moment, we do this manually. Simply send us your delivery address and we will get back to you for the exact fee.
    1. Can I order as a gift?
      Yes! For customized packages, feel free to message us through Instagram@wear.AMU.
    1. The style I want has already been sold out, do you restock?
      We produce in small batches so we only keep on releasing new styles.
    1. Can you alter a style for my size?
      Yes, we can do minor alterations. Price is around P250+ depending on the adjustments. You may ship back the item for alteration (client will shoulder the shipping fee) and transfer the alteration fee. We will alter accordingly and you may book for pick up.
    1. Do you customize?
